Social and public relation activities are activities that must be encouraged to employees in the organization to participate in natural self-development and reach the full potential of each person. The organization consider the individual differences and develops teams to carry out activities together. Emphasizing the importance of both knowledge, morality and ethics, organizing activities by allowing employees to be creative and design activities for the public benefit in a variety of ways to demonstrate social responsibility in a volunteer manner, sharing and helping others.
